While I love Apple products, most of their front line staff, the people we buy our products from, and the support staff that answers the phone (tier 1 support) when we have a problem with our computers, leave a lot to be desired.

But what can we expect from these people? Here is me wishing that Ph.Ds and CEOs were the only people that any consumer had to deal with...
