you are correct.
from LEM:
=95 RAM: 64 MB of SDRAM (32 MB before 2000.02.16)
=95 hard drive: 6 GB UltraATA-33 (was 3.2 GB on original 32 =
MB iBook)

it appears i have the later revision with 6 GB/64 MB from 02/2000
