Mr. Ozguner,
I see you have another posting on eBay for your duplicate rip-off of my SER-001 board.
I suspect that this is in direct response to my recent posting in Newtontalk.
Any legal defense on my part would be too expensive for the small gain of seeing you kicked on your ass.
But, there are more effective and less expensive ways of dealing with you.
To wit:
The market place we share is a small and select one. Credibility is key. You have shown yourself to be devoid of ethics,
morals or credibility. The NewtonTalk community, for the most part, are quite aware of your shady and underground
business tactics. The overwhelming majority will not buy or deal with you. So why bother?
As I look at your eBay auctions, I see more and more of them looping round and round. Sales for you are sporadic to say
the least. I see a lot more UK auctions listed. Could you be trying to sell to a market that doesn't know you as well as
the US? There are members from the UK who would be only too happy to set their fellow Brits straight on that score.
Just incase there are members who would give you more leeway than me, I would ask you to explain the following to
everyone:
You currently have two auctions going at the moment for re-celled battery packs.
One uses 2300mAH batteries and costs $125 with buy it now.
Another uses 2000mAH batteries and costs $75 with buy it now.
A quick check of spot prices for batteries on the net reveals:
2300mAH ~$2/cell and 2000mAH ~$1.30/cell.
That's around $8 for batteries. Now lets assume $30/hr for your time.(Please don't tell me it takes 3hrs. Anything over
an hour is YOUR time).
And add $2 for other materials.
That's $40. Your cheapest refurb costs $75. $35 OVER.
But it gets better...
Somehow the mere action of fitting 2300mAH vs 2000mAH cells costs $50 MORE!
What $50 value did you put in the $125 item?
You cannot explain because there is no explanation besides wanting to make as much profit as you can.
Are you Ferengi by any chance?
