Hi Mike,

There could be many reasons why your newton won't
connect to either of your computers.

But the fact that it won't connect to either of them
probably rules out software configuration errors on
your computers.

It may either be a software problem with your newton
or one of your cables/adapter may be faulty. If you
have a friend with a newton you may want to test the
cables/adapter.
