Time Magazine did an article on the re awakening of Montreal and on page
A30 of the November 24 edition is a review of a newish restaurant. Au Pied
de Cochon is serving foie gras-Poutine appetizer. Prepared by chef Martin
Picard.
As Laurent is willing to point out the better poutine is to be found outside
town, but this may be a possible upscale excuse to indulge downtown.
