Thanks for the update, Mr. Blindwolf... :-)

I am debating getting one of Mr. Benshop's "new" eMate 300's and then
looking for a DRAM board which is, how was put to myself, something like
"'as hard to find as gold hen's teeth.'" This is a hard choice as I, like
most people, cannot spend any more money than absolutely necessary.

Nevertheless if I do get the non-upgraded eMate I will wait with breathless
anticipation for the possible release by NewerRam of a batch of eMate DRAM
boards, of which I will quickly purchase one (assuming I am not out of money
for these "extras" by then).
