[NTLK] Einstein w/Toolkit Beta Version 2020.4.6 for Windows, Mac, and Linux

ALready one known issue: this version of Einstein on MacOS can not create new RAM Flash images. The file chooser will lock up on MacOS Catalina to protect users from themselves.
