[NTLK] ATA support - problem with ATA device

I know that I did a lot of testing of ATA Support pre-release builds 
back in 2001 and 2002.  Paul and I would correspond via IRC mostly back 
then.  I can't recall if anyone else did testing.

So I guess I can say that it was tested pretty thoroughly...
