I am beginning to think that my home-made battery (using IKEA 2500mah
rechargeable batteries) might not be such a good idea. I attached the
battery contacts with strong tape. It works well for now, but I guess it is
possible that in the future it might come loose or corrode and cause too
much heat. At least I have the thermistor installed. In the meantime, I'll
monitor it while it charges.
