[NTLK] MP 2100 & 2000 dead - trying to fire up

Hi everyone, I’ve got both a MP 2100 & 2000 which I’m trying to get going again. I have a battery pack and have put new batteries in it, can’t get either machine to turn on. I’ve had them for years and the 2100 used to work perfectly (the 2000 was always a bit problematic, I bought it because it had a really good screen and my plan was eventually to swap them). Anyway, anyone have a clue what I might try to get them to turn on? Not getting anything on the screen at all.
