[NTLK] Newton-like note taking on Windows?

I’ve downloaded Nebo MyScript on the iPad, to use with the Apple pencil. 

I’ve not used it much yet, but the handwriting recognition seems pretty solid, the gestures are indeed Newton-like, and it has some other features for diagramming and sketching that seem pretty nifty at first glance, as well.
