Change “external card” to storage card, or removable storage card.

That inappropriate term reflects having to rely primarily on Macs for years now. I’m obviously rusty, long since out of practice with wonderful Newt — but getting back in the saddle, thank goodness! Mainly for address book, shopping lists, and calendar so far: much handier plus simpler making entries than on bulky, clunky iPad, or so.

(I avoid cell phones much as possible. But recently had to get one after years without because there are no pay phones any more: cell now only option in emergency or so.)
