What was Einstein written in, and is it open source?
Last version of Einstein I was given to try was date locked and currently unusable. Hopefully there is a more recent version than that.

I'd be happy to get involved. Can do some of the low-level driver
stuff for Linux, OSX, maybe W7 & WCE even. Maybe help with API
definition/documentation. Let me know when you have enough volunteers
to get started.
