One thing the agreement doesn't state clearly is how it is closed after
the 12 months is up. It might be worth clarifying this as the notice
period is not mentioned.
If the agreement simply ends after 12 months and you are not obliged to
do anything further then the agreement seems fine. A fee for a harmless
tag line.
