The NTLK2 list was indeed a temporary 'fallback' list back when the
Planet Newton sysops were busy doing things other than keeping the
NewtonTalk list running. Fortunately, Victor came to the rescue and
set up the current iteration of NewtonTalk in what some have described
as a 'coup'. *
