A friend of mine is a professional photographer. He used an eMate for
notes, client information, and email up until about six years ago. He
still keeps the eMate in his studio as both a prop and a conversation
starter. Although he doesn't use it on a day to day basis, it is fully
functional ... with the exception of a slight case of "floppy
lid" [1]. The last time I saw it turned on and operational was last
week.
