[NTLK] Scroll arrows changed

I noticed today on my upgraded MP 2000 that my scroll arrows have
switched sides, now being on the left hand side of the button bar. I
haven’t installed any new software for years, so I can’t blame it on
that. Any ideas on how to switch them back? I just spent several hours
searching here and on the web without any helpful results.

I have BB Editor 1.7 installed, if that helps.
