There is no NCU 2. There is NCK 2 or Newton Connection Kit, but that's
for OS 1.x. There is also Newton Backup Utility, which only does
backup--that may have made it to version 2. In any case, there is only
Newton Connection Utility 1.0 and the 1 beta. That's it.
