I wasn't aware of any problems with the list, but there may have been
some downtime at the location where the server is hosted. I know they
have been upgrading equipment over the past few weeks, and it may have
been our turn.

I try to send notices to the list when planned outages are going to
occur, but I don't always get the information myself until after the
fact.
