A soft reset with reset button the back will often sort out memory
issues.
The issue could be that you have filled your storage memory, but "not
enough memory" errors are often related to "heap" or system memory.
You can use Franks NewtTest to see how much you have available, and/or
install Avi's backdrop.

When I have no apps running I try to stay close to 300k Freezing
unused apps helps.
If storage memory is in fact the issue have a look at cache soups in
storage.
