If you have a Mac on your LAN that is running NCU you can use the
built in Dock application to install packages, do backup or move some
documents. For OS X it is about the same except that you will either
run classic and NCU use an OS X friendly application such as NCX. In
the latter case you will either need to install TCP/IP or Simon's
internet extension on the Newt to connect, this will still be done
through the built in Dock.

For Web installation you will use a web browser (I like Newt's Cape)
for sites such as Ed's Package Downloader.
