Hi James,
Have you tried the Contrast slider in the Extras drawer? If you've moved
it to the extreme of either end of the slider, and it still needs more,
double-tapping the Contrast label will re-center the slider, which will
allow you to make further adjustments=2E
Regards,
Gary

Subject: [NTLK] Hacks/Kludges to brighten standard display?
Hello:
I've got an MP2x00 and just got an eMate from eBay=2E
My main gripe with these machines is that the screen is so dim under=20
normal lighting conditions=2E (I also hate the green backlight and=20
accompanying hum, but that is another story=2E)
Has anyone done some tinkering=2E=2E=2Eusing electronic, barbaric, or insa=
ne=20
methods, of getting the default display to appear brighter and with more=20=
contrast?
Thanks,
James
