Hi,

 

I have both an MP 120 and 110 but having problems sync'ing them up to an XP
PC computer using the Windows Serial cable.

 

I have tried NCK and NCU but they won't install - windows comes up with an
error message (see attacked gif).

 

If anyone can help me or point me in the direction of a program that will
work on XP I will be most appreciative. I have tried forcing it into
compatability mode but to no avail.

 

Please, I am at my wits end here.
