Sorry if someone has already passed this along but I bought a new emate
battery pack from Interstate Batteries. You can find them at
http://www.ibsa.com/estore/default.asp and typing in emate in the search
area. About $25 but they are new and you won't have to mess with
disassembling and resoldering. They have worked great for over a year now.
