Here's what I installed:

InternetSetup.pkg
NE2K.pkg
NIE Ethernet Support.pkg
Newton Devices.pkg

NIE-Patch-v4.pkg

LucentWaveLAN_v1p08a.pkg

Dock_TCP-1.2-en.pkg

I then configured a static IP address. My Airport is not assigning
addresses (DHCP didn't work anyway), but passing the wireless through
to the wired, which goes to my ISP.

Nethopper works! DNS works. Escale works, but I get a connection
error if I transfer much and have to kill the Mac side.
