This I'm aware of :)

What matters is the thickness of the right tab. If it is 'thick' (at least
half as thick as the connector) then it is a 3.3V operation card. If it is
'thin' then it is a 5V card or 5V/3.3V card.

A better way to answer this is: does it fit in an eMate?

 From the photos it looks like 5V to me...
