I am moving up from a 130 to a 2100.

Are there any issues with taking the Flash card from my 130, containing =
all of my apps and data, and simply moving it to my 2100?

Both MP's have the same name.

Not planning to move data back to the 130 using the card.

Or, is there a better way?
