[NTLK] Dates: remove a location

I've looked, I've snuck around, I've tried what I know, but I can't figure out
how to get rid of unused locations in Dates. Nowhere is a picker presented
allowing me to delete location entries.

It appears to use a different source than the list of companies listed in the
address book.

Maybe it's just me...
