The back of mine says 7.5VDC at 1.2A. 7.5*1.2=9. That would be supply
wattage.
Transformers are not 100% efficient; the mere fact that it gets warm indicates
power loss, so I suspect the wattage consumed by the charger and Newt is 11
or 12 watts.
