Your argument is appreciated, your tone is not. The last thing we need is to
discourage the few brilliant software developers still dedicated to the
Newton platform. I'm sure that most Newton developer's will go out of their
way to help you if you understand that you are dealing with software that is
still heavily under development.

Actually, the problem with the CF card started after deleting a 600k
file from the card. After that the card seems to have lost its mind. And
I am again having problems with another CF card, today (right now),
after moving a 1500k file to a different CF card. Now the original card
hangs the card slip before activating packages. All this after doing a
brain wipe last night due to problems that started with ATA support and
Courier. So you can agree or not, it makes no difference to me. It is
not like there are so many options to repair Newton software problems.
When something goes south, it's toast.
