One of the resellers I'm familiar with had a procedure from Apple that
could determine if a unit was "jaggie free". They tested all the units
they had and removed ones that failed. I've never heard of anyone
getting jaggies from anything purchased from them. I suspect, therefore,
this is usually a hardware failure, but other causes may exist.
