I think the IT guys and gals want it to be as complex and hard as
hell. It's like magicians not revealing how the trick was done. If
they let go of the Microshaft products and switched to unix or MacOs,
someone might figure out that they don't need more IT staff than
production or sales or management staff. Microsoft spells job security
for IT pros.
