Has anyone paid $15k for an Altair? If so, then they *are* worth about that
much, at least to some segment of the market. The "computer collector" may
know very little about computers, but a lot about the sort of people who
will buy something simply because it is "collectible".
(BTW, what did that Apple I sell for a while back? That may serve to
calibrate what folks are willing to spend on historical computer items.)
