You might consider browsing the military surplus outlets/catalogs. The
A.L.I.C.E. webgear includes secure belt-clips, harness systems, etc. to
customize an outfit for your needs. Now, I'm not saying that you should go
whole-hog and deck yourself out in battledress webgear, but by the time you
set up your Newt with a wireless card, ATA, GPS, spare batteries, etc. you
might find the full webgear system appropriate to your needs. However, after
a year of people raving about s'ooW collection, we might expect him to be an
excellent candidate for this system!

Subject: [NTLK] GEM cases: how to attach them to a belt?
Hi everybody,
recently I acquired a GEM leather case. It has a rather flimsy
elastic strap on the back, but there are also two metal rings, which
could be used to attach it to a belt. Did anyone come up with a good
solution to this? I thought about using two carabiners, but those
would in turn have to be attached to the belt somehow.
Regards
Till
