Perform and save an international ebay search for "Newton Serial Adapter"
("adapter" with an "e", not an "o") and, as Oliver said, you'll find
quite a few turn up - maybe not immediately but during the next couple of
weeks.

P.S. If you're really desparate you can always visit www.lotsabits.com.
They're asking =A450(!), which I think is a bit of a rip-off, since for
$42.99 you can get the built-in serial adapter replacement, the exact
link of which evades me at the moment...
