Replying to myself here, I guess you could just download the HTML files on
the PC and then upload them to Notes with NCU, then use Newt's Cape /
Note2Net to view. D'oh. I only mentioned Sloup because I'm a Sloup nut.

Without a 'net connection for the 'newt, you could use Sloup to upload
HTML to the Newton and then Newt's Cape (or, maybe, NetHopper with Note2Net)
