I would like to get one in any form, analog or digital, whatever is
appropriate. I could however digitize it into DWG (AutoCAD 2000) format and
would then provide this more valuable 'source code' on a web page, provided
that all necessary information to re-construct it are there.

The blueprints of the case would very likely give all needed informations to
have a replacement lid manufactured from e.g. aluminium (that's what cought
on me since I've finished my home milling machine ;-).
