I think you can safely export as delimited text. What happens is that the
title and the creation date of the note are also exported with the body. So,
NCU wraps them in quotes, separated by commas, IIRC. But the text is easy to
recover. I'm not sure that the formatting styles will get exported as well,
however. For this, you will have to export from NewtonWorks as an RTF
document.
