I can think of a few reasons:
1. Outlink doesn't sync the "Locations" field.
2. Outlink is closed source and no longer developed. Its a miracle it still works with Outlook 2000.
3. The Outlink PC client apparently is incompatible with the awesome SER-001. The odds of getting anyone at PDA Direct to look at this seem slim.
