Hello all
A Q again, this time a desperate Q: I dropped my 130 and it wouldn't switch=
on afterwards. I opened the case and pressed around on the connectors. This=
seem to have solved the problem for awhile. The screen went dead again and=
the procedure was repeated. At one point the screen went blank again, and=
after I press (pulled) the switch, it came on again, this time displaying a=
message to the effect that power was interrupted. The FAQ & previous=
postings pointed to a possible unseated card, and also a disloged ribbon=
connector to the right of the bat. compartment. I reseated the ribbon, but=
so far no luck. Will it help to further take the 130 apart, ie., is there=
anything lower down that needs to be checked? I'm not to comfortable taking=
out screws & pulling things apart if not necessary. If I need to do that,=
which screws? The outside ones are fairly straightforward.
What else can I try? I had the 130 for only a few weeks & hate to just dump =
it.
As always: Thanks for any help.
regards
Les vRooy
