They have certainly been liberal about borrowing the Newton form
factor:

According to their website these things run Windows 98, upgradable
to Windows NT 4.0". Now I don't know many people who would choose to run
Windows 98 to begin with, but please tell me exactly who it is that opts
to run NT on something like this?
