You can use "all-dressed" in Quebec and most people will understand you. For
instance, you can call the local pizzeria and order "une pizza large
'all-dressed'". I know it doesn't seem to be used here, in the US, but an
"all-dressed" pizza is one with everything on it.
So, back to the hot-dog, a "Michigan" hot-dog is an "all-dressed" hot-dog, a
hot-dog with almost everything you can imagine in it...
