it's formtype is "book"
the frame would contain the "Header" info that you've identified.
the data part is basically contained in the contents: slot;
the layout in pages: links to these pieces
the format for the internals of these slots is not documented.
best place to discover is by using ViewFrame and/or NTK Inspector.
(I don't think the package Format doc or general Programmer Reference will
help with book format itself)
