[NTLK] Product Resale Company update- FYI

Hello all -

When I got my MP21k last month, it came with a scuffed up area on the
screen, which didn't appear to be all that problematic, and a slight case of
the jaggies. As time went by the jaggies got worse, and it became
increasingly apparent that the screen damage was having a real impact on the
unit's functionality. So, I contacted Jerry Brown, and his response has been
fantastically cooperative. He has agreed to exchange the unit and is, as I
write, double and triple checking the new unit to make sure that there are
no problems. I've gotta tell you all, this is alevel of service that I would
normally expect after purchasing a big ticket item like a car. I'm very
pleased.
