Thanx Brian.

Yes, I am simply looking for a "spreadsheet" [if that is the correct
term] that allows for a big matrix, names on the horiz, projects on the
vert., so i can take it to class and keep it with me.

Clarity was perfect, but it slows to shut down the moment you get more
than a couple of projects in there.

QF is not the best interface. but I suppose my options are limited.
