Re: [NTLK] Modem Problem... Help!

Thanks Peter for the advice!

I've tried and made sure the setup is correct & it is getting a dial-tone.
As for whether it's "toast" or not (I hope not), I suppose that whenever I
insert the modem card & MP says "A communication card has been inserted", it
shows that it's still not "toast" right?

Anyway, my modem card is originally in the top-slot instead of the bottom
one that you recommend (due to the design of the leather case which I got
from GemEnterprise that had the flap-design only for the top-slot), so I try
out using the bottom one & the outcome is still the same except for one
difference: instead of saying "your modem isn't responding properly", it
says "error -16022".

I use ErrorInfo and it says it's a communication tool error: operation
failed because a resource was not available.

i take it that means I had an extension missing or not available right? But
it was working well before so how come.....
