Most. In general, most "standard" applications will work fine. Anything
like things that patch or modify the behaviour of the built-in
applications most likely won't work (at best) or might mess things up
until you uninstall it (at worst). When in doubt, make a backup before
you install something. It's saved my behind before while testing packages
for UNNA (although now I have some old machines for that, thanks Peter and
Frank!)
