Okay. Just got back from our weekly tech staff meeting. During the
meeting, my just-restored 2000U crashed ( into brainwipe mode )
three times. I'm guessing I need to do a brainwipe again, format
the card ( 20M ), and just restore key elements. I don't have any
registered apps, so that's not a major concern, but I do have a lot
of notes and names that are important.

Is there anything else I should be looking at to keep this from
becoming a regular occurrence?
