Not without some sort of ADB to serial adapter box. Again, the circuitry
behind ADB is so different from a standard serial port, that it's not
worth the effort to try to make them talk to each other. Plus, you would
still need to write a custom keyboard driver for the Newton to
communicate between the two devices.
