NEWTDEV.PKG was what I was missing, and it's right there in
http://www.unna.org/unna/apple/internet/NIE2/ENETSUP/ where it's
supposed to be. I installed that and I'm surfin' with Newt'sCape over
the ether. (etherNET that is)
